We're looking for an experienced engineering professional with a passion for leadership and innovation to join our dynamic team at our Stafford site.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop a team of Engineering Technicians and Assistants.
- Manage and execute the Pre‐Planned Maintenance (PPM) schedule.
- Oversee spare parts inventory and procurement.
- Maintain and optimise the Fix System for issue resolution.
- Design, develop, and deploy engineering solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards.
- Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to deliver projects.
- Drive continuous improvement and system performance enhancements.
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Software, Civil, or similar).
- 7+ years of engineering experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in engineering tools and methodologies.
- Experience in retail or fulfilment environments.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with system architecture and scalability.
