CCW is seeking a Consumer Panels Manager to lead CCW’s panels programme, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs. You will oversee day-to-day decisions, develop materials for publication, and liaise with water companies, CCW Board and external research agencies.
You will champion the views of ~900 consumers recruited to the panel communities, ensuring their input informs business decisions. This role is based in Birmingham with hybrid working and travel UK-wide.
