Location: Basingstoke, Hampshire

Salary: £30,000-£33,000 per annum (DOE)

Hours: Full-time, 08:00-16:00, Monday to Friday

Overtime: Paid overtime required during Q4 and peak seasonal periods

The role: As Warehouse Supervisor, you'll lead the day-to-day warehouse operation—driving productivity, quality and safety—while using data to identify trends, remove bottlenecks and improve processes. You'll be hands-on on the floor, but also confident stepping back to analyse performance and implement change.

Key responsibilities of a Warehouse Supervisor:

  • Lead and coordinate daily shift activity, motivating the team and maintaining a strong Health & Safety culture
  • Drive productivity and engagement through clear communication, coaching and performance focus
  • Own and embed 5S standards across site, supporting layout optimisation and continuous improvement
  • Ensure processes are followed and kept up to date in line with SOPs
  • Manage supplier relationships and oversee Purchase Order (PO) workflows
  • Liaise with international carriers to track, analyse and improve delivery performance across 45+ countries
  • Partner with internal teams (Customer Service, Operations, Tech and Finance) to support wider business performance
  • Deliver against operational KPIs, producing end-of-shift summaries and using data to flag successes and address issues

What we're looking for in a Warehouse Supervisor:

  • Previous warehouse experience, ideally with team supervision/shift leadership (or someone ready to step up)
  • Confident using data to manage performance; strong Excel skills essential (SQL/dashboards are a plus)
  • A practical problem-solver with strong logistics/operations understanding
  • Clear communicator who can work with multiple stakeholders and lead by example
  • Resilient and adaptable—comfortable supporting paid overtime during peak periods
