We’re looking for a proactive Recruiter to support our South East Hub in Basingstoke. You’ll be responsible for sourcing candidates and filling weekly bookings, while ensuring all compliance steps are completed accurately and on time. This is a fast-paced role where strong organisation and candidate engagement are key.
Key responsibilities
- Source, screen and place candidates to fulfil bookings across the South East Hub
- Manage weekly scheduling to ensure bookings are filled
- Complete Right to Work checks and support the wider onboarding process
- Ensure all compliance requirements are met and documented correctly
- Build and maintain candidate pools for specific locations to create a strong, ready-to-deploy pipeline
- Maintain accurate candidate records and availability to support quick turnaround requirements
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on coverage, pipeline health, and risks
What we’re looking for
- Experience in resourcing, recruitment, staffing, or high-volume coordination (agency experience is beneficial)
- Confident candidate engagement skills (phone-based and written)
- Strong attention to detail, especially around compliance/Right to Work
- Ability to work to weekly deadlines and manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working with scheduling/CRM systems and keeping records accurate
- A team player with a solution-focused approach
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own car (essential)
