Location: Basingstoke

Salary: £35,000 per annum

Hours: 8.30am-5pm Monday to Thursday, 8.30am-4pm Friday

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knowledge of streamlining processes and supporting sales operations? We are recruiting for an Order Processor to act as the central hub between Production, Sales, Logistics and Sourcing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process sales orders and maintain sales documentation.
  • Manage customer invoicing, ensuring alignment with company compliance standards.
  • Compile and analyse weekly sales reports, gross margin analysis, and sales forecasting data.
  • Maintain structured costing and quotation systems.
  • Coordinate shipment dates and delivery priorities with Production and Sales teams.
  • Ensure data accuracy in Salesforce CRM.
  • Support customer queries, claims, and ESG-related requests, ensuring timely follow-up and documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure efficient sales execution and excellent customer service.

Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commercial Management, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience in sales operations, commercial coordination, customer service or similar roles.
  • Familiarity with sales-to-cash processes, sales data analysis, costing, and margin management.
  • Proficient in Salesforce and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
  • Advanced Excel skills for data management and reporting.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with proven ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
  • Attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and a customer-focused mindset are essential.
