We're recruiting a Class 2 Driver to support a busy operations team, delivering and collecting technical equipment from venues and supplier warehouses across the UK (and occasionally Europe). This is a customer-facing role where punctuality, professionalism and safe driving are essential.
Pay Rate: £19.39/hr (Rate includes advanced holiday pay; PAYE option without also available)
What you'll do:
- Deliver/collect equipment to venues and supplier sites
- Load/unload vehicles and support crews on-site where needed
- Plan routes and adapt to last-minute schedule changes
- Complete daily vehicle checks and keep vehicles clean/presentable
- Use ePOD/driver scheduling systems and maintain fuel/toll receipts
- Work flexible shifts including evenings, nights, weekends and bank holidays (24/7 operation)
What you'll need:
- Age 25+ (insurance requirement)
- Category C Licence, CPC and DIGI card
- Max 3 points (minor offences only), no major convictions/disqualifications
- 12 months experience driving Class 2 vehicles
- Strong London/South East route knowledge and ability to re-route confidently
- Basic IT skills (Outlook/Word/Google) and good attention to detail
- Nice to have: FLT licence, knowledge of lighting/technical equipment.
