Welding Team Leader required to join our client in Banbury. The role will involve leading from the front, delegating tasks and monitoring progress within a busy manufacturing workshop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading from the front by producing high quality products
- Being the first point of call for any questions or queries from team members
- Running team meetings and allocating workload
- Monitoring the team's performance and providing support where needed
- TIG welding and working with thin-gauge stainless steel (2-5mm)
- Reading and interpreting complex engineering drawings
Experience Required:
