Warehouse administrator

We are recruiting a Warehouse Administrator in Banbury, to work as part of a team providing general warehousing support, to ensure the smooth flow of product through the warehouse.

Responsibilites

  • Ensure Environmental, Health & Safety requirements are met:- o Comply with H&S policy & standards o Identify and report hazards, incidents and accidents o Keep work area clean and tidy
  • Respond to ad hoc customer enquiries on the phone and via email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Quality checking packaging of stock coming in and out
  • Check that allocations. Confirm that the pallet quantity of each allocation matches the expected pallet quantity indicated on the customer's email.
  • Reply to the customer's emails confirming the actual pallet quantity of each allocation.
  • Liaise with transport and update the operation where alterations to routes and picking deadlines have taken place.
  • Respond to queries regarding picking issues, referring them to management or stock control where necessary.
  • Carry out picking or inbound activities when dictated by operational requirements.
