We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Bakery Assistant to join our client\'s team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for baking or food production and a strong work ethic. You will play a key role in supporting our bakery operations, ensuring high-quality products and maintaining a smooth workflow.

Location: Iver, Buckinghamshire

Pay: £12.21 per hour

Shifts

  • 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation, baking, and packaging of bakery products.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
  • Operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Follow recipes and procedures to ensure consistent product quality.
  • Support team members with daily tasks and ensure efficient shift transitions.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a bakery or food production environment is a plus but not essential (training will be provided).
  • Flexibility to work alternating shifts as required.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Good physical stamina, as the role may involve standing for extended periods and some lifting.
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential.
