A leading engineering and service organisation is seeking a skilled and safety-focused Service Technician to join their team in Atherstone. This is a hands-on role working with heat exchange and PHE equipment, ideal for someone with strong mechanical capability and a commitment to delivering high-quality service across customer sites.

You will work closely with internal teams and clients, carrying out inspections, repairs, maintenance and assembly work. The role requires technical competence, clear communication, and a proactive approach to safety and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safety leadership - Promote a strong safety culture, work safely at all times, and report unsafe acts or environments.
  • On-site service work - Attend customer sites to carry out repairs, modifications and maintenance.
  • Equipment inspections - Complete planned inspections and maintenance on heat exchange and PHE systems.
  • Customer coordination - Communicate with customers and contractors to organise site access and requirements.
  • Technical reporting - Document work completed and compile accurate service reports.
  • Problem solving - Provide advice, recommendations and solutions to customer issues.
  • Internal collaboration - Work closely with customer service, sales and technical teams to support service delivery.

  • Heat exchange and PHE equipment knowledge
  • Refrigeration understanding

  • Valid UK driving licence
