Assembly Operative β Coventry Β£12.21 per hour | Full-Time | Immediate Start We\βre currently recruiting for reliable and motivated Assembly Operatives to join a growing team in Coventry. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a clean, modern environment with a supportive team and long-term prospects. Shift Pattern: Monday to Thursday: 07:30 β 16:00 Friday: 07:30 β 11:30 (No weekends!) Key Responsibilities: Assembling components to precise specifications Using hand and power tools safely and efficiently Conducting quality checks throughout the process Testing parts as and when required Maintaining a clean and organised workstation Following health & safety procedures at all times What We\βre Looking For: Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred Good attention to detail and manual dexterity Ability to follow instructions and work independently Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented If you\βre ready to get started and want a stable role with great hours, we\βd love to hear from you!
