The Apprenticeship Skills Tutor (Mechatronics) would support and enhance the apprentice and employer experience through effective skills coaching and tutoring. They will manage a caseload of Engineering apprentices and will be required to design and deliver highly inspirational teaching sessions.\\n\\nMain Duties of the Apprenticeship Skills Tutor (Plumbing and Heating):\\n* Design, develop and deliver highly inspirational teaching sessions to learners towards the knowledge, skills and behaviours within the health standards. \\n* Provide coaching and skills support through developmental feedback to ensure successful timely completion of End Point Assessment (EPA). \\n* Conduct regular tripartite reviews with the apprentice line manager/mentor and apprentice to successfully complete timely EPA. \\n* Support the development and progression of a caseload of apprentices through onsite workplace visits in the creation of showcase evidence such as observations, reflective accounts, witness testimonies, professional discussions and any further evidence to support EPA require…
