GI Group are currently recruiting multiple 7.5T Drivers for our internationally known client in Warrington (WA4). This company provides courier services worldwide, focusing on the express road-based market and offering services such as delivery, freight forwarding, and logistics.
Drivers shifts and Pay:
- Monday to Friday - occasional weekends offered
- Hours of Work: 07:30am
- £17.98/hr standard*
- £23.43/hr OT (after 40hrs)*
*Please note that this pay rate is PAYE and includes advanced holiday pay.
7.5T Driver main duties will include:
- Conducting vehicle checks
- Making 15-30 deliveries/collections each day to customers and depots
- Manual handling is involved while loading and unloading
- Handling device to confirm delivery status and communicate with the depot
- Prioritising workload to ensure time commitments are met
Driver requirements:
- No more than 6 penalty points.
- No DD / IN / DR / DN / TT endorsement codes
- Good customer service skills
- Valid and in date Tachograph and CPC qualifications
- At least 1yr experience with 7.5T roles
