Permanent position based in Andover with a salary of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum (DOE).

Hours: 37.5 per week (days), flexible depending on client requirements.

Due to expansion, we are currently recruiting a second Project Installation Manager for our Client. The successful candidate will oversee the delivery and installation of products for their customers, while the current Installation Manager is mainly office based. This position will predominantly involve liaising with clients at their site and leading a team of fitters to ensure projects stay on track. When not on client sites, the position will be office based.

Key responsibilities:

  • Plan and schedule the installation programme, allocating fitting teams and vehicle requirements
  • Book installation dates with clients and confirm site readiness ahead of each job
  • Coordinate deliveries, so products, fixings and components arrive on time
  • Manage changes caused by delays, snags or client requests, keeping stakeholders updated and minimising downtime
  • Ensure installations are completed safely and in line with H&S policy, RAMS and site rules
  • Occasional overnight stays may be required, so flexibility is needed due to client locations

Suitable candidates will have the following:

  • Proven experience coordinating/supervising installations, fit-out, or project-based delivery environments
  • Strong scheduling and organisational capability (multiple installs running in parallel)
  • Practical eye for quality and finish; confident challenging fitting teams when needed
  • Excellent communication skills with clients, fitters and other trades
  • Calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure
  • Willing to travel regularly across the UK
  • Full UK driving licence
