Hours: Sunday-Thursday | 06:00-14:00 (flexibility required to work 13:30-21:30 on other days)
We're looking for an Assistant Warehouse Team Leader to support the Warehouse Manager in coordinating day-to-day operations, leading the team on shift, and ensuring accurate, timely picking and packing across warehouse stock and web orders.

Key responsibilities
- Support the smooth running of store and web fulfilment picking, ensuring accuracy and performance targets are met.
- Build/palletise customer orders safely and coordinate dispatch with couriers.
- Complete stock movements correctly (physical and system-based).
- Assist with stock investigations alongside Goods In and Finance, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Oversee Goods In activity to ensure deliveries are received accurately, checked for damage, and ready for put-away within 24 hours.
- Support day-to-day people tasks: on-boarding, training, shift communication and team engagement.
- Assist with basic HR processes (overtime/holiday, return-to-work meetings) as required and with guidance.
- Promote high standards of Health & Safety, maintaining a clean, safe work area and ensuring incidents are reported correctly.
