Warehouse Operative - Permanent (Night Shift)
Location: Andover
Hours of Work: Sunday to Thursday, 8pm - 6am
Salary: £32,000
We're recruiting experienced Warehouse Operatives for a well-established client in Andover. This is a hands-on, physically demanding night shift role supporting next-day deliveries through accurate picking and safe loading.

Key duties of a Warehouse Operative
- Picking stock for next-day deliveries
- Loading vans/lorries
- Packing stock
- Carrying out stock counts
- Quality checking products
- Operating manual handling equipment
- Moving company vehicles around the yard as and when required
What you’ll need as a Warehouse Operative
- FLT licence desirable (Counterbalance and/or VNA)
- Experience working within logistics and warehousing
- Loading vans/lorries with an understanding of safe loading/weight distribution
- Comfortable with manual work and working in a small team
- Full UK driving licence (required) to move company vehicles around the yard as and when needed
