Production Line Team Leader - Loughborough
Our client, a leading partner for contract packing services in the UK, is looking to expand their team with dedicated and motivated Production Line Team Leader at their Loughborough location.
The Team Leader is responsible for providing day-to-day leadership, support and guidance to colleagues, helping to ensure that the team operates effectively and in line with company standards.
The postholder will lead by example, support team performance and promote a positive working environment.
The role will work closely with the Head of Contract Packing and other colleagues to support the effective operation of the business.
Shift Pattern
- Monday to Friday, 07:30 AM - 03:30 PM
- 30-minute unpaid break
Pay Rates
- TBC
- Paid holiday on your birthday after completing 12 weeks of continuous employment

- Team Leadership & Support
- Provide day-to-day leadership, guidance and support to colleagues.
