Our client, a leading partner for contract packing services in the UK, is looking to expand their team with dedicated and motivated contract packers at their Loughborough location.

Shift Pattern

  • Monday to Friday, 07:30 AM – 03:30 PM
  • 30‑minute unpaid break

Pay Rates

  • £12.71 per hour – £17.16 per hour
  • Paid holiday on your birthday after completing 12 weeks of continuous employment

Responsibilities

  • Liaise daily with the Contract Packing Supervisor regarding daily workloads
  • Maintain organised storage of products and packaging within the designated area
  • Support team performance to optimise output and maintain a positive working environment
  • Ensure quality and output and assist colleagues when needed to meet targets
  • Follow H&S and company policies and carry out additional duties as required
  • Keep warehouse clean, tidy and safe
  • Ensure efficient operations by adhering to operational and health and safety procedures, rules and schedules
  • Treat merchandise and company property with care and concern at all times
