Pay: £12.92 per hour + £10 shift allowance per shift

The Role
As a Production Operative, you'll play a key part in producing door components to exact standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a long-term ongoing opportunity with the chance to secure a permanent contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble door components to precise specifications
- Operate CNC machines safely and efficiently
- Work on a fast-paced door production line
- Interpret and follow pick sheets for job orders
- Perform manual handling tasks in line with health & safety guidelines
- Maintain quality, accuracy, and good housekeeping
What We're Looking For
- Experience in production/manufacturing (doors, timber, joinery or CNC is beneficial)
- Ability to work accurately from pick sheets and follow processes
- Reliable, punctual and comfortable working to targets
- Good attention to detail and a strong health & safety mindset
