Our client, a leading partner for contract packing services in the UK, is looking to expand their team with dedicated and motivated contract packers at their Loughborough location.
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 07:30 AM – 03:30 PM, 30‑minute unpaid break
Pay Rates: £12.71 per hour – £17.16 per hour, Paid holiday on your birthday after completing 12 weeks of continuous employment
Responsibilities:
- Liaise daily with the Contract Packing Supervisor regarding daily workloads
- Maintain organised storage of products and packaging within the designated area
- Support team performance to optimise output and maintain a positive working environment
- Ensure quality and output and assist colleagues when needed to meet targets
