This is a fantastic opportunity to join Gi Group as we are recruiting Warehouse Operatives to work in collaboration with our client, located in Birmingham,B46.

Our client operates across a diverse range of industries, including fashion, consumer goods, tyres, healthcare, medical supplies, and more.

Responsibilities

• Working in the distribution department
• Picking, packing, preparing, and wrapping items ready for dispatch
• Inspecting & quality control of items
• Accurate completion of paperwork
• Working at high speeds and meeting company targets (KPI’s)

Required skills

• Driven and motivated to achieve targets set
• Punctual and excellent attendance records
• Motivated and look for long term work (as our client is looking to keep staff who they can train for long term work)

Pay

£12.80 Rotating Shifts, £14 for hours worked between 22:00 – 06:00

Overtime (after 37.5 Hours) – Time + ½

Shift

Rotational shifts (10:00–18:00/18:00-02:00)

Working days are Monday-Sunday (5 out of 7)

You must be able to work full time and follow the rotational shift pattern
