Are you looking for a fresh start, providing a better work/life balance? Gi Group are working with a highly reputable wholesaler for Class 2 drivers in the Minworth area, providing a temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate.

Class 2 Pay Rate:

  • Monday to Friday £14p/h
  • Overtime paid after 8.5 hours at £20.78
  • 30 mins of break paid for
  • Base salary £30,600 based on 42.5 hr week

Shifts:

  • 05:00-05:30 starts Monday to Friday
  • 9hrs day on average

30 days holiday PLUS 8 statutory days

Class 2 Driver - Key Duties:

  • Delivery of pallets of paper (10-15 drops)
  • Loading and unloading using forklift (training can be given)
  • Manual handling of up to 25kg
  • Pump truck and sack barrow provided

Requirements:

  • UK Class 2 (category C) licence, with 2 years experience
  • In date CPC and tacho
  • Previous multi drop experience is preferred
  • FLT licence/experience an advantage though not essential
  • Ability and willingness to undertake manual handling up to 25kgs
  • No more than 6 penalty points (no IN, MS, CU, DR or DD codes)
  • Must be over 25 for insurance purposes
