GI Group are hiring for Warehouse Operatives / Order Pickers on a Night Shift.
Location
Atherstone CV9 and Bardon, Coalville LE67 (relocation in 2027).
Duration
Set Rota – Temp‑Perm.
Compensation and Shift Details
- Shift: 7:30 pm – Finish (average 7–8 hours)
- Working days: Every Weds/Thurs/Fri and 2 out of 3 Sundays – 3–4 days per week
- £13.44 per hour before 10 pm (before 12 weeks)
- £16.79 per hour after 10 pm (before 12 weeks)
- £14.93 per hour before 10 pm (after 12 weeks)
- £18.66 per hour after 10 pm (after 12 weeks)
Job Duties
- Order picking using voice headset – training provided
- Operating LLOP (Low‑Level Order Picker) – training provided
- Stacking goods onto pallets
- Pallet wrapping
- Quality checking goods
- Delivering to Despatch
- Immediate starts available
- Physical work may involve heavy lifting; candidates should be prepared
- Flexible to work in other departments as needed
