Manual Milling / Turning Machinist \\n\\n£30k – £35k\\n\\nNN5\\n\\nMonday – Thursday 8-5pm Friday 8-4pm (40 hrs paid per week)\\n\\nPermanent\\n\\nSummary \\n\\nGI Pro are recruiting for a Manual Milling / Turning Machinist to work in Northampton for our established engineering client\\nWorking a day shift\\nOffering a salary of £30k – £35k per annum\\nThis is a permanent role\\n The Job\\n\\nMain business is making Lifting Equipment\\nMachining on Turning and milling machines (90% manual 10% CNC)\\nBespoke and small batch product work from 1 part up to 150 parts\\nWorking in a team of three\\nWorking from drawings and designs, collaborate with internal design team and fabricator to problem solve each bespoke project and come up with a solution\\nMilling machine is a Pro Trac machine\\nQuality Inspection with Micrometers and verniers\\nRelaxed atmosphere with the emphasis being on quality not quantity \\n\\nPerson SPEC \\n\\nYou will have the ability to work on Manual Milling & Turning machines as well as use CNCs\\nWill have a passion to problem solve and work closely with the design and fabrication teams to find solutions \\n\\nBenefits:\\n\\nOn-site parking\\nPrivate medical insurance (after qualifying period)\\nSick pay (after qualifying period)\\n25 days paid holiday + statutory days\\nAdditional days holiday (after qualifying period \\n\\nApply: \\n\\nIf you feel that you have the skills / desire for this role, please click Apply.
