GI Pro have a role for an Electro Mechanical Assembler for our client in Ross On Wye. Working a day shift paying between £14ph + (negotiable) offering a permanent contract.
The client: MOD Supplier - A leading manufacturer of technically advanced and intelligent power amplifiers that support activities in the dynamic, multi domain integration of Electronic Warfare environments.
The role:
- Building sub-assemblies, power amplifiers, and whole systems to job spec and from engineering drawings
- Working with sheet metal and plastic
- Wiring, PCB assembly, re-work and soldering
- Volume product work, to daily/weekly targets
- Record and maintain records, both electronically and on hard copy, of work completed
The candidate:
- Previous experience of Electro mechanical manufacturing
- Proven history of soldering
- Knowledge of PCB manufacturing and re-work
- Computer literate
The package:
- Standard pension however does increase after 1 years' service
- Standard holidays increasing with length of service up to 5 days
