GI Pro are working with a leading communications product manufacturer that are recruiting for Assembly Technicians in Edinburgh.
This is an ongoing full time hours contract role.
Offering a pay rate up to £12.21 per hour.
Working shifts: 8am - 5 Monday-Thursday with 2.30pm finish Friday.
The role:
- Assemble / modify electrical or electronic products and equipment from technical drawings.
- Soldering, wiring, and working with hand tools, power tools, machinery, and other equipment.
- Input data onto the CRM.
- Will be some heavy lifting involved up to 20 kilos.
The candidate:
- Mechanical assembly, or soldering and wiring experience is desirable.
- You will be able to work with hand and air tools / soldering irons.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Must be willing to rotate between various positions in the organization based on business needs.
