About the Role

We are recruiting Production Operatives to join a busy and growing food/ingredients manufacturing company based in Portbury. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role involving picking, loading, and supporting production teams to keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities of Production Operative

  • Picking ingredients using handheld scanners
  • Loading pallets and preparing materials for production
  • Mixing ingredients for production
  • Handling and lifting products up to 25kg
  • Working efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse/production environment
  • Supporting production teams with general duties as required
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working area
  • Following all site Health and Safety procedures
