We’re recruiting on behalf of our client, a well‑known fresh‑produce business in Spalding, to join their team as a Production Operative. This role is ideal for someone reliable, hands‑on and looking for flexible work in a busy production environment.
About the Role
You’ll be sorting and packing cherries on the production line. It’s straightforward work and full training is provided, so no previous experience is needed – just a good attitude and willingness to learn. Both full‑time and part‑time options are available. You can choose the days you want to work or follow the 4 on / 4 off shift pattern if you prefer something fixed. Shifts can be up to 12 hours, and you must be able to work morning or afternoon shifts when required.
