Gi Group is recruiting Warehouse Operatives (Night Shift) to work for a busy parcel sorting company based in Southampton (SO16). This is a temporary role until Christmas.
Warehouse Operative - Night Shift Key Responsibilities:
- Sorting and scanning parcels (where required)
- Loading/unloading and moving stock within the warehouse
- Pallet stocking and moving items to the correct locations
- Wrapping and preparing pallets for dispatch
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment
- Working to targets in a fast-paced warehouse setting
- Following all site health & safety procedures
Warehouse Operative - Night Shift Requirements:
- Reliable and punctual, able to commit to Tuesday to Saturday nights
- Able to work at pace while maintaining accuracy
- Positive attitude and good team-working skills
- Basic spoken English for safety instructions
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential (training provided)
