Gi Group is recruiting on behalf of a well-established food manufacturing business in Bourne. We are looking for a Quality Auditor to join a supportive and experienced QA team within a busy production environment.
Shift Pattern
Sunday to Thursday (Sunday essential with flexibility on remaining days)
The Role
As a Quality Auditor, you will support quality and food safety standards across intake, production and finished goods. You will work closely with Line Leaders, Production and the wider Technical team to ensure standards are maintained consistently throughout the site.
- Carry out routine quality, hygiene and GMP checks across production and intake areas
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
- Monitor products, processes and documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Support HACCP, Health & Safety and regulatory requirements
- Complete traceability and mass balance exercises
- Investigate quality issues and support corrective actions with Production
- Ensure quality records are completed accurately (manual and electronic)
- Support internal and external audits as required
- Assist with sampling and testing, including microbiological and environmental checks
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in Quality Assurance, Technical or Food Manufacturing (desirable)
A good understanding of GMP and food safety standards
Strong attention to detail with a methodical approach
Confident communication skills and the ability to work with different departments
Comfortable working in a factory-based environment
Able to commit to a Sunday to Thursday shift pattern
