Warehouse Operative - Night Shift - Pocklington
We're recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a global leader in the supply chain industry at a busy distribution centre in Pocklington (YO42). This is a fast-paced, hands-on role supporting daily warehouse operations.
Part-time hours: 2-4 shifts per week
Days available: Monday to Friday (with Saturdays available during busy periods)
Important: Due to the location and start time, candidates must have their own transport.
Pay rates:
- From 02:00 till 06:00 - night rate £13.21 per hour
- From 06:00 till 10:00 - day rate £12.71 per hour
Warehouse Operative responsibilities:
- Sorting stock/items into the correct locations
- Scanning and labelling items accurately
- Loading and unloading goods
- Completing paperwork and records accurately
- Ensuring items are handled safely and securely at all times
- General warehouse duties as required
Warehouse Operative requirements:
- Previous warehouse experience (preferred)
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
