GI Group are now seeking a Customer Order Management Administrator to join our clients' Customer Order Management Team. If you're accurate, organised, and enjoy structured, process-driven work, this is a great opportunity to build experience in a fast-paced order environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Processing customer orders accurately in the order management system, within deadlines.
  • Manually allocating parts to orders within the system.
  • Creating and distributing export/shipping documentation so orders can be dispatched on time.
  • Supporting wider order life‑cycle admin (e.g., new customer set‑up, credit/debit administration).
  • Producing and sending standard internal reports.
  • Completing system data maintenance and cleansing to ensure records are correct (customer details, pricing, drop ships, ageing orders, holds/suspensions, codes, etc.).
  • Flagging potential issues early and helping ensure escalations are raised and resolved quickly.
  • Suggesting improvements and feeding ideas into the team's continuous improvement approach.
Person Specification
  • Ideally order management experience, or strong transferable admin/data processing skills.
  • Clear communicator.
  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks and maintaining focus and accuracy.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office (essential).
  • A methodical approach, good attention to detail, and confidence working to targets.
