We are currently recruiting Machine Operatives to join our manufacturing team in Bradford. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a high-spec facility with excellent onsite perks.
The Pay Rates
- Starting Rate: £16.27 ph
- After 12 Weeks: £16.80 ph (subject to review)
- After 26 Weeks: £17.34 ph (subject to review)
- Overtime: Available and paid at a higher rate.
The Shift Pattern (Weekly Rotation)
- Days: Mon - Fri (06:00 - 14:00)
- Mids: Mon - Fri (14:00 - 22:00)
- Nights: Mon - Thu (22:00 - 06:00)
You will be responsible for the smooth operation of production machinery. While all training is provided, we are specifically looking for individuals who can read engineering drawings and have an eye for detail.
- Loading and unloading materials and finished products.
- Setting up tooling and work-holding devices.
- Basic machine setting and machine minding.
- Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet standards.
- Manual handling of components.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: CNC experience is highly preferable but not essential.
- Skills: Ability to read engineering drawings and schematics is a must.
- Attitude: Reliable, keen to learn, and comfortable with a rotating shift pattern.
