About the Role
We are recruiting for a Logistics Coordinator to join a growing and fast-paced transport operation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in logistics, transport, or administration who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and expanding business. You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations, supporting drivers, and maintaining accurate records across the transport function.
Key Responsibilities of a Logistics Coordinator:
- Inputting data accurately and updating internal systems
- Collating and printing invoices for drivers
- Preparing and organising driver paperwork for the next day
- Supporting day-to-day logistics operations, including checking vehicle and tyre records
- Reviewing transport plans and schedules
- Carrying out general office administration tasks
About You
- Strong Excel skills and confidence using office software
- Previous experience in transport, logistics, or administrative roles (e.g., clerk, planner, admin)
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
