We are looking for a reliable and hardworking
Production Operative
Duties:
- Cleaning machinery and production plant
- Ability to take ownership of the role
- Ability to rotor and prioritise your own workload
- Greasing and oiling equipment
- Operating mobile plant when required
- Assisting with production activities
- Following Health & Safety procedures at all times
- Assist in the development of SSOP's and Risk Assessments
What we're looking for:
- Good attendance and timekeeping
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to learn to operate key manufacturing and mobile plant
- Strong awareness of Health & Safety
- Previous experience in a physically demanding role
- Willingness to learn and undertake further training
- Counterbalance FLT Licence
- Experience within a manufacturing or continuous improvement environment
- Additional industry qualifications
