We are looking for an experienced Assembly Technician (3-5 years) to join our team, assembling and testing high-quality electro-mechanical products, including servo motors and PCB sub-assemblies. You will be responsible for accurately assembling parts and components, testing completed assemblies, and identifying and resolving faults, while always working to strict quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble components in line with technical drawings and specifications
  • Build electro-mechanical products, including servo motors and PCB sub-assemblies
  • Test completed assemblies for correct operation and functionality
  • Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair assembly issues as they arise
  • Identify and replace defective components
  • Carry out basic maintenance on machinery and equipment
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations at all times

About You

  • 3-5 years' experience in an assembly or similar technical role
  • Proven experience working with electro-mechanical products
  • Confident using hand tools and power tools (e.g. T-bars, Allen keys, screwdrivers)
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  • Able to read and work from technical drawings and specifications
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Good communication skills and a proactive, safety-first approach

Working Hours

  • Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM - 2:30 PM (subject to change in 2026)
