We're looking for an experienced Freight Forwarder to support our clients' busy logistics operation. You'll manage daily transport planning, work with subcontractors, communicate with customers, and help maximise profit and service levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily transport operations and driver allocation
  • Source and negotiate with subcontractors
  • Manage transport costs and maintain KPIs
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers (UK & EU)
  • Complete job entry, charges, and invoicing accurately
  • Build strong client and supplier relationships
  • Identify new suppliers and improvement opportunities
  • Use TMS, Excel, Outlook, Google Sheets, Slack

You Need:

  • Experience in EU road transport - essential
  • Preferably freight forwarding knowledge
  • Strong communication & organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
