- At least 1 year Counterbalance driving experience
- Good communication, written and verbal

- Handle products of different sizes and weights
- Operate the Counterbalance and put away goods
- General forklift duties
- Manual handling
- Work in a busy warehouse where accuracy is vital
- Quality checking to ensure picks are completed correctly
