Assembly Technician Location: Edinburgh Salary: £13.50 – £14.00 We’re recruiting Electronic Assembly Operatives to assemble, test and ship sophisticated radio communication equipment for a leading technology manufacturer. This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on assembly experience, strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast‑paced production environment. Key Responsibilities Assemble and/or modify electrical and electronic equipment, including computers, test equipment, telemetering systems, electric motors and batteries Assemble, test and prepare radio communication equipment for shipment Read and follow build documentation, verbal instructions and written procedures Use light fabrication equipment and torque tools safely and correctly Enter and update data using basic computer applications Maintain high quality and safety standards at all times Rotate between various positions within the team as required by the business Skills
