GI Group are currently recruiting a Drivers Mate for our client in Launceston (PL15). This company is a leading UK-wide drinks wholesaler supplying pubs, bars, restaurants and other on-trade venues with a full range of alcoholic and soft drinks.
Class 2 Driver Duties
- 10-20 drops per shift
- Handballing up to 30KG off the vehicle
- Double manned (Drivers mate supplied)
Shift Patterns
- Monday to Friday
- 0500 - 0700 starts
- 42 hours per week
Pay Rates
- £17.48 per hour (Including advanced holiday pay)
- £19.73 per hour after 12 weeks
Requirements and Skills
- You MUST be in possession of a HGV Class 2 license, a valid Driver CPC and DIGI Cards
- Must have a minimum of 6 months check-able Class 2 driving work history.
- No more than 6 points on your licence for insurance purposes (no BA/CD/CU/DR/DD/IN offences please)
- Strong work ethic, reliable, flexible, enthusiastic, and resilient - are welcomed attributes in this role.
