Contract Packer – Loughborough
Our client, a leading partner for contract packing services in the UK, is looking to expand their team with dedicated and motivated contract packers at their Loughborough location.
Shift Pattern
Monday to Friday, 07:30 AM – 03:30 PM (30‑minute unpaid break)
Pay Rates
£12.71 per hour – £17.16 per hour
Paid holiday on your birthday after completing 12 weeks of continuous employment
Responsibilities
- Liaising daily with the Contract Packing Supervisor regarding daily workloads.
- Maintaining organised storage of products and packaging within the designated area.
- Supporting team performance to optimise output and maintain a positive working environment.
- Ensuring quality and output and assisting colleagues when needed to meet targets.
- Following H&S and company policies and carrying out additional duties as required.
- Keeping warehouse clean, tidy and safe.
- Ensuring efficient operations by adhering to operational and health and safety procedures, rules and schedules.
- Treating merchandise and company property with care and concern at all times.
