About the Role
Production Operatives for an ongoing rework project at a well‑known manufacturing and production site in Cardiff. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role with immediate starts, consistent weekday hours, and long‑term opportunities for reliable candidates.
Key Responsibilities of a Production Operative:
- Sorting and organising pallets
- Decanting and re‑sorting products
- Rebuilding pallets and preparing items for dispatch
- Repetitive production and packing tasks
- Following all site Health & Safety procedures
- Working safely in a busy production environment
What We're Looking For in a Production Operative:
- Previous experience in production, warehouse or manufacturing (advantageous but not essential)
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks
- Reliable, punctual and able to start ASAP
- Safety shoes required

- Monday to Friday
- 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm
