GI Group Main Account is seeking a Customer Service Advisor in Blantyre to proactively contact customers ahead of scheduled deliveries. You will ensure delivery information is accurate, confirm bookings, maintain data, and resolve delivery issues to boost service levels and efficiency.
The role is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm. This is a temporary to permanent position with an hourly rate of £12.71.
