Position: Warehouse Operatives / Order Pickers
Location: Atherstone CV9 – will relocate to Bardon, Coalville LE67 in 2027.
Duration: Full Time – Temp-Perm
Working Hours: 5am – Finish (averaging around 7–8 hours per shift) 4 on / 2 off rota. Includes working some weekends.
Pay Rate: £13.44 starting rate, £14.93 after 12 weeks.
Job Duties:
- Order picking using voice headset – training provided
- Operating LLOP (Low‑Level Order Picker) – training provided
- Stacking goods onto pallets
- Pallet wrapping
- Quality checking goods
- Delivering to dispatch
- Training provided
