The Role
As a Warehouse Operative, you will:
- Pick, pack and dispatch online customer orders (typically 150-250 orders per day as a team)
- Support store replenishment orders
- Assist with unloading and checking incoming stock (often large volumes)
- Put stock away accurately and help to keep the warehouse organised and tidy
- Use your initiative to suggest improvements to processes, layout and efficiency
- Work closely with the Warehouse Manager and wider team to meet daily targets and deadlines
About You
We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running and work with minimal supervision. You will:
- Have previous warehouse / picking & packing experience
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high order volumes
- Be organised, accurate and able to follow processes
- Be comfortable handling manual tasks and palletised stock
- Show initiative – you'll be encouraged to suggest improvements and better ways of working
- Be a team player with a positive attitude
