Rates of Pay
Monday to Friday – £17.37 inclusive of holiday pay.

- 05:00 am
- 10 hours guaranteed per shift
Location
Warwick. Commute from Coventry, Warwick, Leamington Spa, Stratford‑upon‑Avon, Rugby, Banbury, Southam, Kenilworth, Southeast Birmingham and surrounding areas.
Summary
Gi Group recruiting 7.5‑ton drivers for a temporary contract in Warwick from 2nd February until end of March.
The Role
The 7.5‑ton driver position runs until Easter, supporting peak periods. Duties include handballing, pushing trolleys, and multi‑drop runs up to 12 per shift. Training is provided on the job, and drivers must complete vehicle checks and document any defects.
Candidate Requirements
- 7.5‑ton / LGV C1 licence entitlement
- Minimum 6 months experience
- Valid CPC and tachograph
- Over 21 years of age for insurance purposes
- Flexible and calm under pressure
- Excellent customer service, communication skills, and attention to detail
