Looking for a flexible, full-time gig (37.5 hours a week—though 30 could be possible)? You’ll earn between £40,200 and £53,600, including a base salary (£30,000–£40,000), a healthy 9% pension, and the chance for a 25% bonus if you and the team hit your targets.

We’re looking for a driven and commercially-minded Sales Development Representative (SDR) who is excited by the challenge of helping large, complex organisations unlock value through bespoke software solutions.
This is a key role in our growing Sales team. Perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, consultative sales environment, is confident engaging with senior stakeholders, and has a strong instinct for identifying opportunities. You\'ll work closely with our Sales Director and an experienced Account Executive to generate qualified leads and build relationships with our ideal customer profile.

What will you be doing?
You’ll take ownership of generating and qualifying new business opportunities, creating momentum with senior tech leaders at large, modernising enterprises and high-growth tech companies. Your focus will be on building pipeline through targeted outreach, research and smart engagement, working collaboratively with the wider Sales and Marketing teams, as well as Technical Pre-Sales.
Key responsibilities:
- Research, identify and engage target accounts aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile.
- Develop high-quality outreach campaigns across LinkedIn, email and events.
- Book and conduct first-time calls to qualify needs and fit against Ghyston’s services.
- Track and measure performance in HubSpot CRM, ensuring data quality and transparency.
- Collaborate with the Sales Director and Account Executive to refine messaging and targeting.
- Attend events and represent Ghyston with professionalism and energy.
- Share insights from conversations to help shape sales strategy and marketing content.
- Stay on top of market trends and competitor activity to inform outreach tactics.

We are ideally looking for this role to be full time (37.5 hours) however are willing to consider 30 hours for the right candidate.
Ideal experience:
- 2 years’ experience in a sales role, ideally in tech, consultancy or agency environments.
- Understands the B2B sales process and is confident qualifying complex opportunities.
- Fluent in using CRM tools (preferably HubSpot) to manage outreach and pipeline.
- Excellent written and verbal communication. Persuasive, clear and personable.
- Thrives in a consultative, insight-led sales approach.
- Can operate at pace while maintaining high standards.
- Curious and commercially aware, with an eye for value and relevance.
- Excited by innovation, enjoys learning new tools and iterating on what works.
