GHPC Group Ltd is looking for an experienced Construction Health & Safety Advisor to join our growing specialist CDM and Health & Safety team. This is a varied and rewarding position where no two days are the same. You'll work alongside experienced professionals, supporting projects across the UK while helping clients maintain safe, compliant construction sites. Following your induction period at our Bracknell office, you'll enjoy the flexibility of working from home, with travel to sites across the Midlands and down to the M4 corridor. The role is full-time and permanent and includes a six-month probationary period. Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out construction site inspections and surveys.
  • Review Construction Phase Plans (CPPs), RAMS and other safety documentation.
  • Support the CDM Principal Designer team.
  • Liaise with clients, project teams and site managers.
  • Produce clear reports and practical health and safety guidance.
  • Travel to project sites, with occasional overnight stays where required.
  • Attend team meetings and training sessions at the Bracknell office when needed.

  • Excellent communication skills and a practical, organised approach.
  • The flexibility to travel and occasionally stay away overnight.
