Ghost Mail provides Registered Office, Mailing Address & Mail Forwarding Services to thousands of companies and individuals worldwide.

We are seeking someone to join our small Customer Service team in a very busy office in Kington, Herefordshire.

The role will be quite varied, including:

  • Providing assistance to clients, and prospective clients by phone and email.
  • Receiving, allocating and forwarding client mail, by post, mail scan & email, and courier.
  • Invoicing Clients and administering client accounts on our accounts facility, QuickBooks Online.

The position requires good IT skills (on Windows based PCs) and a confident, clear telephone manner.

The position is for 40 hours per week, daytimes Monday to Friday.

Full training will be given.
