We are now seeking a Civil Litigation Solicitor or employed barrister with 6+ years of post-qualification experience to join our expanding Dispute Resolution Team, which focuses on complex and high-value litigation and arbitration, including cases with a sanctions-related component.
- We would like to hear from candidates who can demonstrate the following:
- Experience in a top-market/boutique City disputes resolution practice (or practices), focusing predominantly or solely on civil matters concerning high-value and/ or complex corporate, commercial and financial disputes.
- A strong grasp of the CPR and the Commercial Court Guide, as well as the CE-File system.
- A proven track record of working on complex civil litigation across their career to date.
- An ability to handle their own caseload for less complex cases, as well as assist on larger matters.
- Management of junior team members and ability to progress cases independently.
- The ideal candidate would also have experience in some of the following:
- Civil fraud.
- Cross-border disputes and/ or the conflict of laws.
- Sanctions and white-collar crime/ investigations matters.
- Matters for high net worth and/ or ultra-high net worth individuals.
